I checked out today lyx140cvs, and converting to html still has some errors:
1) from within LyX I get a message telling me the .html-file could not be copied
from the /tmp/...-dir to its destiny dir.
2) sans serif is still converted to italic.
3) converting a .tex-file to html from the command line seems to be o. k. except
point 2).
4) converting subdocuments from the command line seems to be messy, but I'm not
quite sure about the right procedure.

The (error) messages for point 1) on the command line with -dbg any are:
Extension: loading /usr/share/latex2html/versions/latin1.pl
HTML version: loading /usr/share/latex2html/versions/html3_2.pl
* processing declarations *
Done.
Datei überschreiben?
The file ~/EigeneDateien/Brueckle/104/AlsPfadfinderin104.html already exists.
Do you want to over-write that file?
Assuming answer is &Ãberschreiben
&Alle überschreiben
Export &abbrechen
Error: Die Datei konnte nicht kopiert werden

Part of this bug is invalid: Problems in the LaTeX to HTML conversion aren't
LyX's fault.
The issue about file copying seems to have been solved.
The remaining problem is with child documents, which are not handled properly
when the originaldir flag is set. I'm therefore going to close this bug and open
a different one.

NOTE: What solves the copying problem is the originaldir flag. But this causes
the child document problem, too. That's the new bug.

A small test document would be nice. And a description on what the specific errors
are.
