Error when scrolling and clicking on an open inset

Description

Take a rather long document (where you need to scroll) with an open inset like
a footnote at the end of the document.

1) Open the document
2) Scroll down with the mouse wheel or the scrollbar
3) Click on the inset button
4) The cursor will jump at the beginning of the document instead of closing the
inset. If you click on the text to change the cursor position before clicking
on the inset's button, it works.

I'm wondering if it is not the same problem than #2427

I'm using the Qt frontend

This is already fixed in 1.5. I have a fix for 1.4.x that will go in as soon
as Jean-Marc agrees on that.
