Scrolling can still make accidental selections

Description

  • Load file "scroll.lyx"; move cursor at the end of the file; (if necessary,

use scroll bar

such that "6" is visible in the first ERT;) click at "11" -> cursor is

placed at "3"

and some text is highlighted

I can't reproduce it in exactly the same way but it's easy to do
