Layout Combo Not Working

Description

To reproduce (using revision 25665):

  1. Create new document with AMS book document class
  2. Write some text, select it, try to make it a (sub)section via the drop-down menu

Nothing happens except

GuiToolbar.cpp(658): ERROR (layoutSelected): layout not found!

is written to stderr. The LaTeX source also does not reflect the attempted change.

Preexisting AMS books seem to preserve their sections though.

Confirmed. Strangely, it works if you use the shortcut keys (Alt-P 2, e.g.). So
it's definitely a GuiToolbar problem.

Summary: Cannot create new section, subsection, etc. in AMS book document → Layout Combo Not Working

The bug is not specific to AMS(Book) but happens even with article.

Fixed at r25670. This was caused by r25555.
