Description
To reproduce (using revision 25665):
- Create new document with AMS book document class
- Write some text, select it, try to make it a (sub)section via the drop-down menu
Nothing happens except
GuiToolbar.cpp(658): ERROR (layoutSelected): layout not found!
is written to stderr. The LaTeX source also does not reflect the attempted change.
Preexisting AMS books seem to preserve their sections though.

Confirmed. Strangely, it works if you use the shortcut keys (Alt-P 2, e.g.). So
it's definitely a GuiToolbar problem.
