Description
For an unknown reason, the LaTeX package color needs to be loaded in the
preamble when hyperref is used with the color option.
This is only needed for Slovak (Czech is not affected).
I'm working on a proper solution.

I rechecked all languages again, and only Esperanto, Slovak, and Turkish are
effected by this bug.

due to interferences with babel and hyperref, the color package has to
be loaded after hyperref when hyperref is used with the colorlinks option, see

This affects several languages, e.g. Czech (I was wrong in comment 0), Dutch,
Esperanto, Slovak to list only some of them
