"H. Alignment" is reset erroneously

Description

Given a table with one fixed-width column; define one of its cells as a
multicolumn cell with "H. Alignment" = "Center". Open the tabular dialog for
this cell, go to the "Column/Row" tab, do nothing, go to the "Cell" tab -> "H.
Aligment" is reset to "left"!
