Description
Create a book class with a chapter, switch to book(koma)
=> The Layout of the Chapter is not updated on screen (font, counter style)

The bug was a lot worse than you imagined. _No_ layouts was updated correctly
on a textclass change.
This was an old bug in the textclass switching code.
I have just applied a patch that fixes this bug.
