"scale" option in "graphics" dialog is mixed up with "width" option

Description
- The "Scale" and "Width" options should not be combined - these are two different things that should be separated visually (even if it enlarges the dialog)!
. Moreover, it is not possible to switch back to "Scale" once
you have selected a width unit!

At least the second bug has been fixed in the meantime
which is sufficient from my point of view.
