"Figure", "Table", etc. not translated in Navigate menu

Description

Navigate menu has submenu entries "Figure" and "Table" (perhaps also more for
other types of floats), which cannot be translated. These strings are not
extracted to lyx.pot. (They do not appear in default.ui, but are denoted by
"Toc" entry in it. [line 338])

There seems to be a missing _() in the source, since adding these strings to .po
did not fix the problem.
