qbibtex dialog needs some rework

Postponed stuff (post 1.3.0):

• Browse on bst-files does not check for duplicates and does not set the combo

to the browsed file (trivial). Also I wonder if the browsed file should really
be inserted without path (this is at least inconsistent to the bib browser)

• Update (bst file list) does nothing. Shall we drop or implement it?

• It would be great if the combobox could be sorted. But apparently qcombobox

does not have a sort() function :-(
