SIGSEGV signal caught when External Material is included

I've installed the lyx 1.3.1 rpm package for suse 8.1

When I include any external material (like a xfig figure, or a RasterImage),
lyx exits and shows the next message:



lyx: SIGSEGV signal caught

When LyX is run again, there is an emergency copy of the document where the
desired file is included.

It's fixed in 1.3.2. In the meantime, please use apply or close and
do NOT use "OK" in the External dialog.

The APPLY button of the External dialog does nothing.

I'm sorry, but that's simply not true.

I assure you that the APPLY button doesn't work.
In the external dialog, I can edit or preview the file, but when the apply
button is pushed, nothing happens.

In the meantime, I'm including my fig files as figures, so I don't need the
External Dialog, but I'd like to tell you it doesn't work properly, at leart
with the distribution suse 8.1
