Description
If you execute:
lyx new_file.lyx
and the file 'new_file.lyx' does not exist, lyx offers you to create
the file:
~/new_file.lyx
rather than
pwd/new_file.lyx
which I think it should. (Or it could offer both alternatives to the
user)
